ABOVE and BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! Before our interaction with this company, we purchased an awning tent for our camper that was designed for a shorter vehicle so would require alteration for us to use. The customization was beyond my skills and equipment so I sought out professional help... and was turned away repeatedly by other vendors. I was about to give up when I got a recommendation for NTACO. I emailed them and received an immediate and encouraging response from Jim. We discussed possibilities over email. Even though this was a unique task and he had only my descriptions and photos, Jim understood our needs and suggested a couple possible options and quoted a cost range. So we took our tent down to Nashville and left it in their capable hands. We received our altered tent yesterday and set it up. Oh. My. Goodness. They were able to utilize an existing seam and replace the entire bottom portion of the tent with more (and BETTER!) material than was in the original, effectively dropping the floor so that the tent was the correct height. And the final cost was at the bottom end of the range he quoted, which was VERY reasonable. It is perfect. We truly appreciate Jim's help and the high quality of the craftsman's work.
